J got home yesterday morning, and as soon as the car pulled up, you could hear the welcoming chorus from the dog pen. (As I'd driven his car a couple of times a week while he was away and they'd never made that noise when I'd come home in his car before, I'd love to know what tipped them off that this was different.) J headed out to be reunited with the kids pretty quickly.
As you can see, Ishka and Franky were quick to get up close for lots of pats. Czar expressed his excitement by pelting up for a quick pat, rushing away, rushing back. Bolo, ever contrary, rushed inside and barked at the door, until J called to him, then pelted back down to J: "Hi! Bye!" Maybe he's becoming a mummy's boy?
